Kia ora, I'm an Italian therapist and I offer supervision for professionals and trauma specialised therapy for adults and couples.I'm also specialised in anxiety, fear and/or phobia. Sessions can be held in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

I specialise in providing a wide range of effective therapeutic techniques for children and adolescents, adults and families.

I am passionate about the work I do and I am committed in providing beneficial therapy for clients affected by mental health related issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma and grief.

Solution focused therapy, CBT and Mindfulness are some of the therapies, that I would apply when working with clients.
