My name is Shanti. I'm committed to help you to make positive changes to your life.

I am a full accredited member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) and a member of the New Zealand Association of Positive Psychology (NZAPP).

As a counsellor, I am an approved provider for both the New Zealand Family Court for the Taranaki region and Victim Support New Zealand. I am also an ACC-approved provider for sensitive claims. 

My practice also offers workplace coaching and conflict management services, in addition to facilitating a variety of workshops and courses. 

Issues and therapy

I specialise in providing a wide range of effective therapeutic techniques for children and adolescents, adults and families.

I am passionate about the work I do and I am committed in providing beneficial therapy for clients affected by mental health related issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma and grief. 

Solution focused therapy, CBT and Mindfulness are some of the therapies, that I would apply when working with clients.
