Hi! I am Phil, an experienced counsellor, family therapist, and coach in Auckland. I see individuals, couples and families via skype.

I provide a space to explore the emotions related to the anxiety at hand. If you are at a stage in life of feeling that things aren’t quite how they should be. Let me reassure you there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

If you are living with a phobia or levels of anxiety that are getting in the way of you living your life let's talk. You aren't broken. Your brain and body are working just as they were designed to. I'm a compassionate and professional counsellor with about 20 years of experience of helping people. I have successfully treated people with issues that range from minor to chronic problems, such as anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, panic attacks, PTSD, complex trauma, relationship issues, low self esteem, sleep difficulties, stress and parenting issues.

I work fluently in English and also in German.

A qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor, registered Social Worker and a member of NZAC, I have been in private practice for the past 20 years and am passionate about assisting clients to overcome their difficulties.
I am available for online sessions via SKYPE or ZOOM . I am also ACC sensitive claims approved for ACC clients domiciled in the Thames-Coromandel and Auckland City regions.
