People working with me bring a wide range of concerns including (but not limited to); anxiety, agoraphobia, claustrophobia, fear, hyperventilation, panic disorder, phobias, etc.

I also work with older teenagers online but not those under 15 years of age.

Hi! I am Phil, an experienced counsellor, family therapist, and coach in Auckland. I see individuals, couples and families via skype.

I provide a space to explore the emotions related to the anxiety at hand. If you are at a stage in life of feeling that things aren’t quite how they should be. Let me reassure you there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

I am so excited to share my story and mission with you. It is my background combined with my experiences that bring me here today.

I have been a holistic practitioner for many years now and have had so much satisfaction in guiding many beautiful souls on their journey to health and healing.

In life we can all have times that are more challenging and painful than others and counselling can provide a safe space to work through those seasons.

I am a counsellor who is committed to providing that safe and confidential environment where people can feel heard and validated while working through their pain and struggles without judgement.

I’m an Existential therapist, and I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy. I like supporting people in activating their connection to themselves and accompanying them through challenging life situations. Additionally, I am drawn to Eastern Philosophy, mindfulness, and interconnectedness.
