My name is Anna Arrowsmith and I am a Qualified and Registered Counsellor.
I have been in private practice for over 9 years in the Mid Canterbury area.
I aim to build a positive therapeutic relationship with all of my clients and provide a nurturing environment that encourages a sense of trust and rapport.
You're welcome for individual counselling and relationship counselling.
I see children, youth, adults, parents and couples.

Anna phoned me within minutes of my message asking for help! I had an appointment within a few days!
No 8 week waiting list just for a ph call was fantastic because I needed help then and there.
Anna is experienced and professional with a huge amount of knowledge to share and ideas to try. Anna is kind and warm and very approachable. Going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that you are cared for and supported.
