Psychosynthesis counselling

I work from a psychosynthesis perspective. This is a psychospiritual framework which is a gentle yet powerful approach, that holds both Western analytic depth psychology and Eastern meditative height psychology.

In the process of psychosynthesis counselling we find out that what we are facing in our lives carries a wealth of information about what is going on at a deeper inner level, as well as what potentially we may be.

Psychosynthesis also holds a whole range of methods and applies those appropriately to the person rather than the person to the pre-set techniques. In this way I listen to your individual story and support you in your own journeys.

One of psychosynthesis’ main purposes is this discovery and its integration, which allows us to have a fuller view of ourselves. With this process, we aim to develop your ability to enhance your awareness of choice and direction in your life.

About me

I am originally from Japan and have been living in Auckland since 1995.

I have a background in special education and have been working as a Teacher Aide at a Special School for many years. Through this experience, I have learned to understand the individuals deeply and use creative thinking with the people I work with. 

My particular interest is to help people know themselves more fully and bring their gifts into the world.

I speak fluent English and Japanese.
