Hi, my name is Yvette.
 
Making the first contact to talk with someone can often be a daunting and overwhelming experience.

I can assure you  that once you take that step you will feel a sense of relief, vulnerability, but empowered too.

I have a lot of life experience and have faced many challenging life events including trauma and grief, from a young age.

I will provide a safe emotional space for you so you feel free to get clarity and share your concerns.

I work from a person centred approach and have a positive energy and outlook on life, which I bring to the session.
