Hi, I’m Charlotte, I’m a Self Leadership coach and my mission is to empower & liberate growth seekers to break free from their limitations, ditch the rules & 'shoulds' and awaken their authentic power for a fulfilling self-led life. 

I'm a trained Demartini Method Facilitator, Certified Eating Psychology Coach, Tabwoo certified Transformational practitioner and above all else have a phd in life experience. 

I’m eternally curious about human behaviour and discovering the WHY behind people’s actions and what makes them tick. I love digging deeper into people’s stories and uncovering the mystery within. 

As a multi-passionate and curious individual, I’ve invested oodles of time and money on books, courses, certifications, masterminds and high-level coaching to transform my mindset, health and life. For me, it has all been worth it.
