Hey! My name is Ben and I am a Master-qualified Counsellor. My job is to help you take back control of your mental health. In counselling, you’ll talk and I’ll patiently listen with compassion. We’ll explore what’s causing your problems and talk about new strategies to overcome them. Your energy will grow and anxiety and depression will shrink.
